1. Create a DJI Account
Before you begin, ensure you have an active DJI account. If you don’t already have one, you can create one at DJI's official site.
2. Gather Your Drone’s Serial Number
You’ll need your drone’s serial number to complete the registration. This can usually be found on the drone/unit body or in the DJI Fly app under the About section.
3. Go to the DJI Care Refresh Activation Page
Visit the DJI Care Refresh activation website (link typically provided in your drone's documentation or purchase confirmation).
Note: DJI Care Refresh must be activated within 48 hours of the products activation. For best results, register before your first use.
4. Enter Your Activation Code
On the first page:

Enter your DJI Care Refresh activation code.

Complete the CAPTCHA.

Click Next.
5. Input Your Drone/Device Details
On the next page:

Enter your drone/device serial number.

Confirm the drone model and activation code.

Double-check for accuracy.

Click Next.
6. Enter Contact Information
On the final page:

Provide your full name, phone number, and email address.
Important: Use the same email associated with your DJI account.
- Click Submit.
Once submitted, your DJI Care Refresh will be successfully registered and active.
