Check and Finalize Your Repair Form

Confirmation Email: Within 15 minutes of submitting your request, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing a prefilled repair form and your Ticket ID. This email also includes details for your repair request and return shipping.

Steps to Take if You Haven't Received a Confirmation Email
Although subscribing to Drone Nerds communications is advised, automated emails may occasionally not be received due to specific email or inbox settings, opting out of communications, or other technical issues. If you do not receive an automated email, please follow the steps below to ensure your repair process proceeds smoothly.

Log In: Access the customer portal using the email address associated with your ticket request.

Locate Ticket ID: Find your Ticket ID within the portal; this is necessary to complete the repair form.

Download and Complete the Repair Form: Download the repair form from the portal and fill it out. Please be sure to include your ticket ID on the form.

Submit the Form: Send the completed form through the portal by attaching it to a new message.
Prepare Your Unit For Shipping
The repair form contains essential information and guidelines on what to include and how to prepare your unit for shipping.

Packing Instructions:

Include Accessories: Securely pack your drone/device along with the remote control(s) that came with the unit.

Insert Repair Form: Place the completed repair form inside the package.

Ticket Number Visibility: Clearly display the ticket number on the outside of the package or on the shipping label.
